Otway Pasta Company are a small family owned pasta manafacturer located in Colac, Western Victoria. It started with owner and chief pasta maker Steve, looking for a fresh, quick, great tasting wholesome food that his family would love. Now a few years on and with a new pasta machine, he and his team are creating fresh pasta for you and your family to love. Using only the finest Australian ingredients:
Eggs - Locally sourced from two family farms, where the chickens are not just 'free range', they freely roam the pastures all day long.
Flour - Sourced from a region in NSW called The Golden triangle, well known for its premium hard wheat.
Olive Oil - Victorian of course.
... and a touch of salt. With the help of an Italian pasta machine, these simple ingredients are combined to make a silky smooth, nutritious and delicous pasta, delivered to our store each week.
